This performance is part of the annual ceremony at the state capitol, hosted by the attorney general, the DOJ Office of Crime Victim Services and the Wisconsin Crime Victims Council.  The ceremony is a commemoration of National Crime Victims Rights Week.  It will be held in Madison, in the state capitol building in the rotunda.
