This year the memorial will be held indoors at the Wisconsin Center Ballroom D at 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue, enter using the Wells Street entrance.  The Milwaukee Police Band will be performing beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the actual ceremony begins at 12:15 p.m.
